Responsibilities:
1. Liaise between the Marketing and Sales departments, provide professional training on IPSC technology, and answer technical questions;
2. Keep up with emerging research topics in the biopharmaceutical industry; collect information on new products in the market, enhance technical documentation for the company's own products, develop and improve promotional materials, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for external use;
3. Resolve technical and product-use issues encountered by end customers and distributors before and after sales; provide technical services and assistance by phone, email and other channels, and handle complaints in response to customer needs;
4. Add and categorize product information and write technical entries for the company's online platforms; assist with maintaining its official accounts across these platforms;
5. Provide marketing and technical training to the company's sales staff, partners and other relevant personnel, and respond to their product-related technical enquiries and support requests;
6. Identify and engage potential customers through an in-depth understanding of product applications, and hold academic discussions with them.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering or Immunology; a master's degree is preferred;
2. Experience in stem cell culture experiments; experience in cell therapy research and development is preferred;
3. An in-depth understanding of IPSC treatment technology;
4. Strong communication skills, initiative and a drive to achieve, with a strong customer service mindset and team spirit;
5. Proficiency in Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing, and a CET-6 English qualification.

Working hours: 8:45 - 17:45

Location: Beijing / Shanghai / Chongqing

Responsibilities:
1. Attract new customers through the company's online promotional channels and increase traffic and exposure;
2. Promote the company's products and market its brand;
3. Promote, operate and maintain the company's website, official accounts, video channels and other online platforms;
4. Proactively identify market needs and new market trends;
5. Work with the Sales department to develop promotional plans and campaign strategies;
6. Analyze search engine data and adjust search advertising spending strategies promptly.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above; a biology-related major is preferred;
2. At least three years of experience in marketing or online marketing, and at least one year of team management experience;
3. A strong sense of responsibility and a drive to improve;
4. Good communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Promote and provide services for biological reagents, consumables and small instruments commonly used in biology laboratories within the assigned territory. Products include, but are not limited to, Illumina gene sequencing, nucleic acid extraction kits, RT-PCR reagents, DNA/RNA analysis, BD blood collection tubes, indwelling needles and blood collection needles, flow cytometry antibodies, ELISA kits, FBS fetal bovine serum, human AB serum, serum-free stem cell culture media, pipette tips, culture flasks, culture bags, cryopreservation bags, DMSO cryopreservation solutions, gene editing, PGS and PGD embryo genetic screening and diagnosis, non-invasive prenatal genetic testing, precision oncology, GPL-1 diagnostics for diabetes, mesenchymal stem cells, iPS stem cells, NK, CAR-T, adenoviruses and other cell therapy and regenerative medicine product lines;
2. Establish and maintain good working relationships with biological research institutions, university biology and medical laboratories, hospital central laboratories, biopharmaceutical companies, bioengineering companies, antibody diagnostics companies, biotechnology companies and cell therapy companies, and uphold the company's reputation;
3. Collect and report market information on biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals, and manage customer relationships;
4. Complete work reports and collect sales payments accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Candidates with at least one year of sales experience in the biology sector are preferred;
2. An associate degree or above; majors in Biotechnology, Bioengineering or related fields are preferred;
3. The ability to think independently and solve problems;
4. Good communication and presentation skills;
5. Good English reading skills for biotechnology-related materials;
6. A strong team spirit.
