Well-Tech is located in Changzhou High-Tech Development Zone, established in March, 2003.It now covers an area of 95,000 sq.m. modern standard factory with a large number of world class mechanical processing equipment，such as CNC Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Mechanical Turret Punch Press, CNC Bending Machine, IF spot welding, powder coating line, and spraying line and so on. The company has more than 1500 employees, of whom more than 300 professional and technical personnel, more than 70 professional R & D personnel.

In 2007, our company acquired U.S. AWS certified welding system and Germany's DIN6700-2 SLV welding certification and upgraded in 2008 to EN DIN15085-CL1 certification covering carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. In 2008, passed through Germany TUV Rheinland ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 authentication, through the IRIS (International Association for the railway industry standard) certification in 2009.
